Administrative compulsion law of China,has not been passed on National People's Congress with 10 years'draft work yet , and seems to be let to go at the potential.But it is incomprehensible why the draft is unacceptable ,though it is obvious that the draft is beneficial to the country, beneficial to the People,and welcome to the People. On National People's Congress this year, Bangguo Wu,the chairman of National People's Congress Standing Committee reiterated once more: National People's Congress would pass the administrative compulsion law,as aroused society's high interest.This article mainly inquires into the question that the reasons on umoptimistic destiny of the darft of this law and emphasizes administration precautionary measure.
