After-hour Party School is an important part of Party building in universities. With the development of network technology and the popularization of network courses in colleges and universities, the networking of Party courses has become an inexorable trend. On-line Party lectures will change the traditional way of teaching, better teaching effect and improve the learning initiative of college students.On the basis of author's grass-roots work experience, combined with the network education of After-hour Party School in Hebei University, this paper analyses the nature and contents of Party class, features of Party lecture learning objects and the class environment. Taking the designing principle of on-line class as the starting point, the moral education theory as the guiding direction, the instructional systematism as the main track, the large-scale information resources as support, the Party class teaching strategy that suits on-line learning has been fixed. The strategy is to launch minitype on-line Party lectures, online case teaching and investigation learning; set up a learners' following and assessing mechanism, namely the promotion system; statie the mentality of designing and developing process on structuring a proper on-line Party lecture platform for students'autonomic and cooperation learning.After two terms of Party classes, practice has proved that the online Party lecture that is under construction enhances the learning initiative of activists who want to join the Party, and guarantee the continuity of party member's Political Theory learning.
