Constructivist learning theory was developed on the education thoughts of Jean Piaget and Vygotsky, and gradually become the guiding and theoretical basis of the reform of teaching practice around world. It reflects on the traditional education ideas and teaching methods, making a new explanation to the teaching and learning, emphasizing the dynamic nature of knowledge, the learners experience, the richness and diversity of knowledge, the active construction of learning, and social interaction and situational.Under the guidance of constructivism theory, combining with the traditional teaching idea, this paper studied the graduate jurisprudence teaching in China. Aiming to improve the teaching quality of graduate student jurisprudence and graduate jurisprudence teaching model as the research object, the integrated use of literature research, data analysis, questionnaire, teaching experiment and other research methods, this paper tries to design the models of graduate law jurisprudence teaching. First of all, the paper expounds the basic views of constructivism learning theory and teaching methods, to lay a solid theoretical foundation to the research of this paper. Secondly, on the basis of the questionnaires, take two kinds of traditional teaching mode of postgraduate jurisprudence for reflection and analyze their advantages and limitations. From jurisprudence and subject factors, factors of the teachers and graduate students in the aspect of jurisprudence analysis of existing problems in the teaching, points out the problem of teaching practice motivation for this article. Moreover, the author carry on the rational evaluation of constructivist teaching ideas and the traditional teaching concept, analysis that constructivism is not universal, using the essence of the application of constructivism to make up for the inadequacy of traditional teaching. Finally, the author embed constructivism concept to graduate jurisprudence teaching, try to design and graduate jurisprudence teaching corresponds to the teaching mode, and the case will be in the form of design of flexible teaching mode, with the example is given to illustrate the feasibility of new graduate jurisprudence teaching pattern.
