Private enterprises are important micro-foundations in the socialist market economy in China, they play an important role in building socialism with Chinese characteristics, flourishing market, expanding employment, increasing social wealth, meeting people's ever increasing material and cultural requirements.Private enterprises experienced tortuous development, from the beneficial supplement of the socialist economic to the important part of the socialist economic,from survive in the crevice to the important part and supporting force of Chinese economy. This not only proved private enterprises'vigorous vitality, but also proved the correctness of the Party's guidelines and policies. The ideological and political work of the private enterprises plays an important role in the development of enterprises, so we cannot neglect it. But the situations of developing the ideological and political work in private enterprises are not optimistic now; there are some problems and insufficiency. It is unfavorable for the development of private enterprises.Therefore, the research on developing the thought and political work in private enterprise in China is worthy of researching.This paper proves the importance and necessity of developing the ideological and political work in private enterprises firstly. The ideological and political works have important functions in private enterprises, such as guarantee, guide, condensation, incentive and regulation.Meanwhile, the ideological and political work is necessary condition to building harmonious enterprises. By the investigation in XingZe Group of Heilongjiang Province, this paper analyses the situations of developing the ideological and political work in private enterprises. After understanding the problems and insufficiency, this paper explores strengthening effective ways and methods for developing the ideological and political work, puts forward countermeasures, strengthening and improving the ideological and political work. The ideological and political work of the Party is the lifeline of economic work and other work. The ideological and political work of the private enterprises is the extension of the Party's ideological and political work, the fundamental guarantee of the private enterprises' healthy development.The private enterprises cannot realize rapid, healthy, sustained development without adamancy and powerful ideological and political work.
