A Study About Private Enterprises Ideological And Political Education Problems And Its Optimizing Countermeasures

Private economy as an important component of non-public economy and plays an important role in the socialist market economy.The rapid development of private economy has played an important role in stabilizing growth,promoting innovation,increasing employment and improving people’s livelihood.It is an important strength to force china’s economic development.The operation of private enterprises has an important impact on the economy,society and environment.Private enterprises have an important impact on the economy,society and environment.However,there are some private enterprises in the contemporary society which violate the moral,the integrity,falsification,unfair competition.It’s seriously affecting the enterprise economic development.In the end,through the ideological and political work to help it promote the legal awareness,environmental awareness and business ethics,and then improve the legal and moral sense of social responsibility,laid a solid foundation for the harmonious society and scientific development.Zhejiang is a large province in the private economy,it’s play a vital role in increasing the national tax revenue,enhancing the technological innovation,stable and sound economic developing.The ideological and political work plays an lifeline role with the development of private economy.I selected a number of representative Zhejiang-China private economic area,with "hardware capital" known as Yongkang City,Zhejiang Midwest important industrial city of Lanxi City and Jinhua Industrial Park.By analyzing the problems of the private enterprises in Zhejiang Province,ZT,CV,LM,SDL,YD.XQ were interviewed and investigated.It is found that the ideological and political work of private enterprises has the following problems:the effective recognition of educational objects,the difficult goal of ideological and political social responsibility,and the imperfect mechanism of ideological and political work.It’s mainly caused by the lack of ideological and political work of human resources and lack of social responsibility caused.In view of the above questions,the following countermeasures are putted forward first of all,improving the quality of political workers internally and creating a favorable environment to the private economic externally.secondly,Strengthening the ideals and beliefs,the education of situation policy,humanistic care and psychological counseling and the legal awareness to enrich the content of ideological and political work.thirdly,innovating the management,culture and media of ideological and political work carrier constantly.Finally,by promoting quality of private business owners and around the economic efficiency of enterprises to ease the contradiction between social responsibility and efficiency.For the future of ideological and political work of private enterprises to provide some practical reference and method of guidance,and ultimately for the ideological and political work in the economic transformation,social change,business transformation in the context of looking for opportunities for the implementation of the party’s line policy and nurture socialism Core values,build a harmonious society,to provide reference.
