Research On The Legal System And Order Of British Leased Territory Of Weihaiwei's Land

British Leased Territory of Weihaiwei's 32years history left us plenty of record, which is the essential data for research of Law Issues concerned of British Leased Territory of Weihaiwei, who experienced so much, so complicated that I cannot resist my intention to focus on British Leased Territory of Weihaiwei's Land Law's history.Being as the basic recourse for production, land is the centre of all social relationship, legal institution and legal order's formation. For this reason, research on British Leased Territory of Weihaiwei's Land Law's history would be the key of research on the whole history of Her. This paper's concentration will be on the formation of British Leased Territory of Weihaiwei's Land Law and its ordor to give further insight into the formation of Her Land Law history and the whole Legal Order of Her. Consequently, my logical structure can be divided into four part:Introduction; Research on British Leased Territory of Weihaiwei's Land Law institution; Research on legal order of British Leased Territory of Weihaiwei's Land Law; Research on legal order of the whole British Leased Territory of Weihaiwei's Law.Legal order's formation in history is the strategic choice under "that particular circumstance" and for perusing balance of profit in the presence of reason and conflict, which got the spillover effect that brought the development of revolution in that time.What I also want to point out is that research on law and rule of law is not on the literary rhetoric or creed, because law not only exists now, but also is the heritage of history. Consequently, only by deep into history, could realize the essence of now, which makes the research valuable for reality.There is no philosophy or methodology in this paper, but on the basis of history record, to find out the contradiction and reason behind of the consistency and fragment of it. History got her freedom, also self-reflection, no matter the whole world, or just one territory like British's leased Weihaiwei. I hope my research on Weihaiwei would help us to give an eye on the formation the whole legal order's revolution.
