The Study On Legal System Of Energy Conservation In European Union

Energy resources are important substantial resources for human-existing, economic development and social progress. European Union, regional economic organization of the highest level in economic integration of the world, regarding with the construction and operation of energy conservation legal system, the European Union stands a high level, from where China should learn a lot. Therefore, the research of EU's energy conservation legal system obtain certain theoretical and practical values. The dissertation is divided into five Parts except the preface, about 50,000 words. Firstly, simply introduce legislative mechanism of energy conservation of EU; secondly, present the fields of EU's energy conservation legal system; thirdly, systemically analyze the form of law in EU; evaluate the legal system of energy conservation in EU; finally, make some suggestions on legal system of energy conservation in China. Reviewing current researches, the studies on legal system of energy conservation in EU are not found yet. The evaluation on the legal system of energy conservation in EU and the suggestions on China's energy conservation regulation system also contribute further.
