Research On Legal Problems Of Protecting The Rights And Interests Of Re-education Through Labor

As a judicatory and administrative system uniquely used in China, the Re-education through labor System was put in use in 1950s. Over the past 50 years, As a pioneering work of socialist Chinese law system, the "Education through Labor" System has played a positive role in keeping social order, prevent and reduce crimes. The system has made significant achievement and contributions in blowing, educating and correcting a large number of people who violate laws and commit crimes in a less severe way.In fact, Reeducation through labor has always been involved in a violation of human rights, freedom of the sensitive issue of re-education through labor rights protection officers in some fashion or another issue.
