Research On The Legitimacy Of The Chunxiao Oil And Gas Field Exploitation

On the Chunxiao oil and gas field exploitation issue, China has always insisted that China has the sovereign right over the Chunxiao oil and gas field, and the Chunxiao oil and gas field exploitation is within Chinese sovereign rights. Based on international law, this thesis analyzed the legitimitat and legalitat of the Chunxiao oil and gas field exploitation from the angle of law and then supported the Chunxiao oil and gas field exploitation from legal aspect.
