The Exploration Of EU-china Relation Under The Perspective Of International Cooperative Theories

This year marks the 40 th anniversary of EU-China relation. As the world’s two largest political power, China and the European Union play an important role in the international political area. Along with the development of world multi-polarization, the EU-China cooperation has escalated, and the bilateral cooperation has a positive impact on the world’s peace and stability. As International cooperation is the eternal theme of international politics study, from the perspective of international political theories, this paper try to establish an analysis framework based on this theory and use this framework to analyze EU-China relation concretely. This paper introduced the domestic and foreign academic authority representative about the definition of "international cooperation", and then conclude the understanding of international cooperation in this paper. Agreeing with the existing concept of international cooperation, the paper proposed writer’s own view in the comprehensive analysis of EU-China relation.The paper summarized the essence of international cooperative theories: power structure(material), the structure of the system(material and ideology), cultural structure(ideology), the evolution of cooperation. Based on the discussion of international cooperative theories, this paper planned to make a comprehensive research on EU-China relation from four aspects: the power structure of international politics, structure foundation, cultural interactive and cooperative evolution. To be specific, the paper explored the driving force of cooperation, the current situation including achievement and differences in EU-China relation. Finally, based on the current new opportunities China faced with, the paper come up with the ideas about China’s new measures.
