The Relationship Between Thedomestic Language Violenceand The Juvenile Deviance

The domestic language violence has been universally acknowledged in the community, but the relationship between it and the juvenile deviance yet rarely discussed in the academic community. In this paper, through the analysis of the both in Meaning, characteristics and the types. its relevance is revealed.In this paper, Labeling theory and Differential association theory explain the negative effect on the juvenile deviance in the domestic language violence. By Attachment theory and Frustration aggression hypothesis in this paper it explains the function and role of factors form juveniles in deviant mechanism, and interprets the mechanism for setting the domestic language violence from the promotion in juvenile deviance. It digs internal relations on homogeneity between the juvenile deviance and the domestic language violence, and yields conclusive results that the juvenile deviance is a type of replication and inheritance in the domestic language violence.The author builds up a diverse framework integrated a social situation in China to solve the problem of the domestic language violence. It advocates emotional abuse in the family, closes attaching relationships among members in the family, focuses on communication skills between parents and children, and strengthens comprehensive prevention and treatment. The author, specifically, mentions the legislative strategies against the various domestic violence ,and the reasonable recommendations at the drafting stage about Domestic violence prevention law of the People's Republic of China for achieving the canonical functions from the Law in the family.
