Research On The Prevention And Control Of Domestic Violence Against Children

As a serious social problem,domestic violence has always received extensive attention from countries all over the world.In our country,influenced by traditional concepts and restricted by objective conditions,most social and academic attention to domestic violence is focused on the protection of women 's rights and interests,and the issue of children suffering from domestic violence has been neglected.In recent years,the frequent exposure of cases of domestic violence against children has shown that my country is lacking in the prevention of domestic violence against children.As children with immature physical and mental development,domestic violence can cause great harm to them,and even produce irreversible consequences.Although the "Anti-Domestic Violence Law" have broken the traditional concept,and emphasized the protection of children,in practice,there are still some difficulties in the operation of the anti-domestic violence system.Based on this,first of all,this article uses typical cases as the starting point,and on the basis of clarifying the basic concepts and characteristics of domestic violence children,the current status of legislation for domestic violence children is combed.Following this,it explored the shortcomings of my country's legal system for preventing domestic violence against children.Finally,with the help of relevant legislative experience outside the territory,suggestions are made on the improvement of my country's legal system for preventing domestic violence against children,with a view to better safeguarding children's rights and protecting children's healthy growth.
