Procedural justice thought in Plato's "Laws" can be found in its originator. In this paper, I explore Plato's procedural justice ideas in "Laws" and provide an ideological construction of inspiration. In the course of discussion, I use theory research, literature research and qualitative analysis research methods. In this paper, the following four topics:The first section is procedural justice rules of Plato's "Laws", and separately from the legislative procedural justice, judicial procedural justice and electoral procedural justice be analyzed separately and interpretation.The second section deals with Plato's "Laws" in ideological and philosophical basis of procedural justice, rationality is the basis of procedural justice of Platonic ideas. At the same time Plato's procedural justice ideas pay more attention to human nature realism.Part III, for the manifestation of procedural justice in Plato's "Laws", according to Rawls'"A Theory of Justice" in respect of the division of procedural justice, qualify procedural justice ideas in Plato's "Laws" and analysis of the characteristics of procedural justice in Plato's "Laws".Part IV, according procedural justice ideas in Plato's "Laws", determine its status in the legal justice, analysis the coordination of justice and procedural justice and from the perspective of legal theory propose the procedural justice construct of legal thought by this paper.The procedural justice ideas in Plato's "Laws" build themselves from perspective of the social reality, favour for theoretical construction of procedural justice ideas.
