City renovation is defined as a necessary activity as the country is experiencing urbanization. As urbanization progresses and development advances, renovation has become a hot spot both in practice and in theory. Renovation always involves destruction against private property, unavoidability some conflicts are so extreme that they have arouse extensive attention.From the political point of view, the author will discuss the human right protection in renovation. Renovation has already become an inharmonious symbol in the homonymous society. The author will discuss three problems under the framework of human rights and public power. Firstly the balance between urban development and protection of private property will be discussed; Secondly, the author is trying to construct a structure among government, developer, and citizens. Thirdly, the author will discuss how to resolve the conflicts through legislation. By analyzing the three problems, the author intends to further discuss the constitutional esurience of private property.Further, the author has proposed two solutions to address the three problems. On one way, the role of government has been redesigned. As long as the conspiracy has been excluded, could the protectionism been reconstructed; On the other way, the author has proposed compensation standard and principle to redeem the people who has lost their private property monetary damages. In summary, through demonstrative and doctrinal research, the author has focused on private property protection and the improvement on the demolition and relocation of urban housing.
