Overseas listing has produced the considerable impetus to the development of corporations and augmentation of economics in many countries. At the same time, many countries have devoted great effort to perfect their legal systems of trans-national supervision, and have done their utmost to build up the legal institution of coordination and cooperation. The author researches on this topic from the following aspects:The first chapter is the theoretical basis for the regulation of overseas listing. Overseas listing is one of the forms of being listed, the general theories thus can be used.The author expounds the regulation theory from the perspective of economics and law.
