On The Quality Relevant Issues Co-ownership Right Of Condominium

Condominium ownership is an important aspect of the property system in China. In March 2007, after the Property law of People's Republic of China was passed, it's the first time for our country to make sure the condominium ownership Laws according the legislative system recognize the right of individuals to own property. At the same time, in our country, the property law use the trinity theory legislative model, recognizing the right of exclusive, co-ownership right of condominium , managements rights. Among them, co-ownership right of condominium are different from other common rights in form of complex of subject and there are still some uncertainties either. Before the Property Law about the details of condominium ownership was passed, they have different ideas, suggestion of building ownership. Based on the purpose of academic exploration, my thesis will be based on condominium ownership, and give my own opinion from the quality relevant issues co-ownership right of condominiumBesides this introduction and conclusion, the thesis was divided into three parts.The first part is about the introduction of co-ownership right of condominium. Co-ownership right of condominium was explained according to its definition and history.The second part is about the character of co-ownership right of condominium. The part gives some main points, examples and comments about the definition of ownership, common rights, including the character of co-ownership right of condominium, in comparison with other common rights, analyzing the legislative current situation develop ideas about the character of ownership common rights.The third part is about the scope of public part. The public part is the object of co-ownership right of condominium, and influences the position of the character of co-ownership right of condominium.
