The Legal Protection Of Internet Privacy

Internet has being known as a way of spreading information. Due to the globalization and virtual feature of network space, Internet privacy violations often occurs, people are paying more attention to Internet's torts." Cyber Manhunt" is emerging in recent years as the Internet search tools. With the rapid development of Computer information and network technology, the personal privacy in cyberspace has also been an unprecedented challenge, "Cyber Manhunt " engine spawned several hit network cases. " Cyber Manhunt " has its beyond time and space to maintain the power of the moral order of society, but they inevitably touch upon the privacy of those being searched and the search for the freedom of speech conflicts. How to protect the right of privacy appropriately, and not to hinder the normal development of network, already become a key difficulty in course of which the various countries establish appropriate laws and regulations of protecting privacy right.This article outlines the " Cyber Manhunt" which privacy was violated to talk about the legal protection on " Cyber Manhunt". I start with the "Cyber Manhunt" and theoretical overview of internet privacy, as a basis to understand the " Cyber Manhunt " feature and the plight of invasion of privacy and independence, and to make the protection of our legal status of privacy and lack of systematic analysis. Thus, this paper focus on strengthening the " Cyber Manhunt" on the Web strategy to protect the privacy laws.
