MOP named this pattern cyber manhunt, which also has a vivid Chinese appellation, with its literal meaning "human flesh search".Is cyber manhunt a platform of public opinion or the network violence for human rights abuses? The thesis chose title of how to regulate the conflict between cyber manhunt and privacy rights protection legally to carry on the discussion.The thesis summaries the pattern of cyber manhunt and begins from the cases of it, to analyze its positive and negative social effects. On one hand, cyber manhunt has a positive social effect for people to get rid of dependence to media and acquire information rights and supervising authority.
