Research On Legal Status Of Empowered Organization

Empowered organization as the product of administrative decentralization, it is the result of diversification of the executive. Empowered behavior and empowered organization exist a lot in our country's legislation and practice. The research of the status of empowered organization helps to regulate its behavior and prevent unknown empowerment and duplicate empowerment. This article outlines the sources of empowered organization's legal status in legislation and practice, which based on definition of empowered organization and comparator between empowered organization and related concepts. Then analyze the major problems of China's empowered organization and then offer solutions.
