Second of all, through the comparison between the type of depositors'rights in China and foreign countries, through the analysis and research about the rights of depositors when they make financial transactions in self-service banks, and through the observation about the influence on different depositors in China under the global financial crisis, a claim will be made that the protection for the rights of depositors in China should be improved. At last, by analyzing the protection system for depositors in China and foreign countries, a conclusion will be made that only if a relief system be constructed which fit the real situation in China, the right of depositors can be maximum protected.
