| This article is to examine the dimensions in the management of public affairs in public decision-making from the limited rationality of modern society, and thus construct a rational system to protect the executive decision-making in a realistic way. This study contains the following lines:First chapter, administrative decision-making and its rational character; second chapter, objective rationality administrative decision-making; third chapter, subjective limited rationality administrative decision-making; fourth chapter, mixed limited rationality administrative decision-making; fifth chapter, construct the full executive institutions of decision-making rational. In this paper, the limited rationality of public decision-making characteristics of the theoretical interpretation and practical analysis, discussed the existence of public decision-making problems. By using a known theory to analyze the combination of the specific practice of administrative decision-making dimensions of the problem of limited rationality, this paper tried to construct a rational system of administrative decision-making protection mechanism. In this paper, the dimension of bounded rationality as the basic perspective, the limited rationality of administrative decision-making characteristics of the starting point for the study to examine the public decision-making, in-depth analysis of the plight of administrative decision-making as well as the rational construction of administrative decision-making system to protect the path of rational choice. |
