Health care is the basis of a healthy life, which is related to the vital interest of every person in our daily life. Health care is currently a very important social issue. Through analyzing the contemporary American health care system, the paper reveals the problems of gender injustice under cover of seemingly just health care system. Centered upon the contemporary health care in America, kinds of research methods have been adopted, such as text analysis and case study. Apart from introduction and conclusion, the body of the thesis consists of three chapters.Chapter one deals respectively with Bill Clinton and George Bush's health care reform. In America, the issue of health care system not only has become one of the hot spots of society, but also an important part for public supports in the presidential election, so either Bill Clinton or George Bush aspire to conducting social health care policies to win the masses'trust and to win the presidential election. Chapter two mainly explores injustice under cover of the seemingly just health care system in contemporary America. In this chapter, through the analysis of revamped Managed Care, Medicaid and A Basic Benefits Package, the paper reveals the problems of injustice under cover of seemingly just health care system of America. Issues of gender injustice in National Institutes of Health, Food and Drug Administration, and domestic violence are analyzed with the help of gender justice framework. Chapter three mainly involved reasons for the gender injustice in contemporary American health care system and its revelations for china.
