Research On Legal Issues Concerning The Supervision Of Foreign Institutions Of Chinese-funded Banks

To follow the trend towards global economic and international financial integration,an increasing number of Chinese-funded banks began to go outside,expanding overseas business by establishing their foreign institutions,and in this way,to sharpen their international competitive power. Yet,the unpredictable international market often faces financial crisis in all forms. Therefore,it is an urgent task for Chinese-funded banks to protect the interests of their banks and to promote their development in a healthy and rapid manner as well,by enhancing the efficiency of the supervision of their foreign institutions.The thesis took the development of international banks and issues concerned with their foreign institutions as a breakthrough point. Meanwhile,with an analysis on how international society implements the supervision of foreign institutions of all banks,and integrating with the issues regarding foreign institutions of Chinese-funded banks as well,the thesis put forward many valuable advices as how to further improve the legal system used to supervise foreign institutions of our country.
