With the deepening of China's aging and the increasing demand of the elderly for pension services,institutional pension has gradually become one of the pension modes chosen by the elderly.In the social pension,the most important carrier is the pension institution,which is a comprehensive service institution that provides reasonable diet for the elderly,regularly checks the health status of the elderly and provides entertainment activities.It can be divided into three types of pension institutions,one is public,one is private and non-profit,and the other is private and profit-making.In recent years,the vicious events of pension institutions in China have emerged continuously,which has had a negative impact on the personal and property safety of the elderly.On the one hand,the internal management of pension institutions is not in place,on the other hand,it is closely related to the imperfect administrative supervision laws and regulations of pension institutions.By improving the administrative supervision and legislative system of pension institutions,we can promote the healthy and orderly development of China's pension industry and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly.Through the in-depth analysis of the administrative supervision organ of pension institutions,the internal operation of pension institutions and the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly,it can be concluded that it is of great significance toimprove the legislative system of administrative supervision of pension institutions.At the same time,combined with the relevant administrative supervision systems of foreign pension institutions,this paper focuses on the current legislative situation of pension regulatory agencies,departmental responsibilities and access system construction and other aspects,improving the put on record system threshold of pension institutions Four aspects of improving the operation system of elderly care institutions put forward suggestions for the supervision and healthy development of elderly care institutions in China.
