The crime of huge amount of property from unidentified sources has been formally established since 1988, there has been considerable controversy in theoretical circles. Thus, in August 2008, the Eleventh National People's Congress of the fourth meeting published the "Criminal Law Amendment (Seven) Bill" which include the amendment of this charge, aroused wide public concern once again.The changes of the crime which the huge amount of property from unidentified sources not only embodies the state's determination to punish the corruption and crime, but also reflect that there are many insufficiencies in our technology in the criminal legislation, with domestic and foreign-related legislation of a comparative analysis of the legislation to further clarify the value of the crimes.The dissertation comprises three parts:The first part, by working with domestic and foreign legislation related offenses compared to an objective comment on China's the crime of huge amount of property from unidentified sources for its crimes shortcomings in legislation as well as legislative value.The second part, we can focus on analysis of the crime of huge amount of property from unidentified sources in the Legislative technical aspects of the crime problem. Mainly from the facts about a crime expressed, combined with judicial practice to pointed out that the shortcomings and pitfalls.The third part, we can put forward a concept that consummate the crime of huge amount of property from unidentified sources. Based on defect analysis in the above-mentioned legislation, aim at facts about the crime, the dissertation is on how to further improve the crmei, propose specific comments and suggestions.
