It is feasible to add Non-salvation-in-danger causes serious social consequences, which is the precondition of adding non-salvation-in-danger as an criminal law. And within the confines of the criminal law, it doesn't betray the humility principle. At the same time, essential moral obligation should function as an important obligation of non-salvation-in-danger. The relevant laws of China and foreign countries can be a legislation model of adding non-salvation-in-danger as a criminal law for an example. The specific social conditions of China taken into account, the subject of the crime of non-salvation-in-danger is divided into three specific categories.The first part of the essay explained the meaning of non-salvation-in-danger, the second part of it demonstrated the feasibility to add non-salvation-in-danger into the Criminal Legal System, the third part of it is the difficulty of add non-salvation-in-danger into the Criminal Legal System, then the last part of it brought legislation of adding non-salvation-in-danger into the Criminal Legal System.
