Therefore, this article takes the medical service welfare demand of Shanghai youth as the master line; and takes the Shanghai basic medical insurance system for urban residents,the concerned youth's medical insurance stipulation of its, as the basic research point; and adopt the interview survey to discuss the satisfied condition that the youth's medical service welfare demand. Furthermore, this dissertation enclose the fund,management operation system of its and so on, to analyze the problems of Shanghai basic medical insurance system for urban residents.
