In this paper, through the formation study, we try to show the development process of the benefits view in Marxist theory and the relationship between Marxist theory and the benefits.Through a series of studies, we can get a conclusion;the main elements of benefits view will be useful to solve the practical problem in our country.The entire article consists of four parts.The first part combs the formative process on Marx's theory of benefits. According to his famous writings in his life, the development process of the benefits view can be divided into four stages: Humanitarian, Revolutionary Democracy and Historical Materialism.The second part is about the main content of Marx's benefits view, including the concept of benefits, which is arising from human requirements and being differentiated by division of labor. Conflict of interest is wide spreading in the society, so coordination of interests must be the important way to resolve the conflict. The third part is about the status of benefits view in the whole Marx's theory mainly from the perspective of historical materialism, Scientific Socialism and Political Economy. In these main theories of Marx, people have reality and the benefits are the driving force of historical development. Conflicts of interests are the reasons for capitalism's demise. Proletariat is the representation of human's benefits. The fourth part is about the significance of Marx's benefits view in solving the practical problems in our country. Through the analysis of the real difficulties about benefits problems, Marx's benefits view gives us an effective way to resolve main conflicts of interest. Marx's benefits view is useful to solve the conflicts between the rich and the poor, the cadres and the masses.
