The government ensures people's well-being by a series of social administrative conducts. Administration law, as the law regulation to adjust the relationship between the government and the people, should be the social administration legalization, even if there are no specific references to the social administration legalization. The research of the social administration law is of the primary stage of the theory research, but this issue is important and necessary. This paper starts from the basic principles of social administrative law, which also refers to the basic source of the social administration law.
