However, the morality is not the best way to resolve social contradictions and conflicts, rely on its unique national enforcement and judicial authority, law becomes to be the goal means of pursuit better social status of today's international community. It is the most direct, effective and equitable way to solve social conflicts of interest. As the nature and basis of a harmonious society, rule of law can not only guarantee a harmonious society in accordance with the orderly operation of the established rules, but also to prevent social disorder and chaos.We are now in the process of rapidly transformation and development, there must be much problem and lots of conflicts exists in the society, we should treat and solve them correctly and actively, however, the rule of law is the best choice.
