The current law is not perfect in protecting rights of interview, which is neither good for interview activities nor for effective protection of rights like privacy and reputation.Through the alalysis of the all kinds of phenomena of current obstacles in news interviews, the author suggests that the following aspects can ben improved and perfected in the field of news legislation in order to protect the rights to news interview by objectively listing the right to news interview, privacy, reputation and other-balance of rights, learning from other countries'practices of Journalism and Communication, press freedom, legislation of news. So that the related law and order and regulations can be improved in order to improve the mechanism that because of lacking of related laws and regulations, chaos in understanding and disagreement on the verdicts are then appeared after the breakout of conflicts. Generally speaking,,news rights protection in China should be constructed or improved from the following several aspects.Firstly, identify the rights of interview to be the legitimate rights of journalists. Secondly, specify the fundamental principles such as the press freedom and news legislations.Thirdly, distinguish the conflicts between interviewing and other powers and the principle of balancing different cases. Finally, regulating the remedial measures.
