On Deng Xiaoping Thought To Rule By Law And Constructing Socialist State Ruled By Law With Chinese Characteristics

Comrade Deng Xiaoping found a foothold somewhere in China while having the world horizon. On the basis of inheriting and developing the Chinese traditional legal cultures and drawing on the experience of the Western legal Civilization, he established a complete set of socialist legal theory with Chinese Characteristics, which has greatly enriched the theoretical treasury of Marxist law. Constructing a socialist state ruled by law with Chinese characteristics means the construction of a state with the Chinese characteristics and adhesion to the socialist rule of law instead of the Western ruling by law. Being with Chinese characteristics means a close combination of Deng's thought to rule by law with all aspects of the current ruling-by- law construction in China to solve the practical correspondent problems. To adhere to the socialist rule of law needs the clarification about the difference between the socialist ruling by law with Chinese characteristics and the rule of law in the West.
