Research Report On Virtual Property Disputes

In recent years, with the rapid popularization of the network game industry and development, virtual property is more and more vulnerable to violations. Virtual property disputes have aroused extensive attention.This paper makes a start on introduction about the types of network virtual property disputes, and defines the scope of virtual property disputes. Then virtual property disputes are classified by dispute subject and dispute reasons, and every type of dispute is demonstrated by typical cases. After that, this paper analyzes the existing dispute solutions, including the judgment that judicial departments made for virtual property disputes and strategies of operators for virtual property disputes. Finally, the paper puts forward resolution mechanism of virtual property dispute, and calls for real-name registration of network game.
