Case Analysis Of Internet Virtual Money

Along with internet and computers development, the virtual money goes into our world gradually, which can enable people to enjoy network service and electronic products more conveniently. In a sense, it changed people's life and promoted development of the society. However, on the other hand, as a new thing, the virtual money system is imperfect, national supervision system is distempered. Some person used the legal loophole to steal and cheat virtual money or did online transaction in private, which not only violated litigant's legitimate property rights, but also attacked the national macroscopic currency system.This paper divides into three chapters, the first chapter obtains from virtual money's production and unifies the present situation to discuss. The author proposes his own opinions based on critical concepts of some theory about virtual money, distinguishing between the virtual money and the currency. The second chapter selects several cases related to the virtual money. The author makes general character discussion from the surface and then analyzes individual case. So this can dissect existing problems of cases from macroscopic and microcosmic aspects. In the third chapter, the author proposes some suggestion aiming at existent and latent problems about virtual money, hoping this article do benefit to virtual money's research.
