The Study On Hu Jintao's Thought Of The People's Livelihood

There is universal concern about the issue of the people's livelihood. With Hu Jintao as general secretary, many times the Central Party Committee requests that all levels of organizations and cadre pay attention to the people's livelihood, attach due importance to it, safeguard it and improve it, and puts forwards the people-oriented outlook on scientific development. Hu Jintao's thought of the people's livelihood, which is full of distinct characteristics and conforms to the national conditions at present stage, comes into being and pushes forward the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristic. General Secretary Hu's rich thought of people's livelihood, mainly consisting of people's economical, political, cultural and social livelihood, is the important component of the outlook on scientific development. Insistence on improving people's livelihood under the instruction of Mr Hu's thought will have significant guidance and great promotion on building a well-off society in an all-around way and constructing a harmonious society.In this article, Hu Jintao's thought is made as the breakthrough point. Through analysis of its formation and implicit meaning, and discussion of people's livelihood issue's roots and influence, Chinese Communist Party's ruling idea at the new age has been deeply analyzed, and then a conclusion has drawn that Hu Jintao's thought of the people's livelihood inherits and develops Marxism, Chairman Mao's philosophy, Deng Xiaoping's theory and the important thought of Three Represents, and that it is a scientific socialist theory.
