However, because the lack of an institution to supervise two parts' action, the crisis break our again. In order to deal with this problem, six countries who are closely related to this problem hold six parts meeting in Beijing. However, because the shortage of trust, no one were willing to make a concession, which leads to the meeting could not maintain. Therefore, a safe system should be constructed for the sake of restricting different countries' action, protecting their benefits.In North East Asia, there are various methods of security cooperation,but they had never formed a effective security system. In the future, strengthen regional security cooperation will be a mainstream of the world. The countries in this region ought to make effort together and find a way to found security system.
