Studies Of The Competition Among Chinese Provincial Governments In The Transitional Period

In the comparative predominance reform, the interests subject of provincial governments is more and more obvious, and the tendency of development exceeding the rational sphere. In the guidance of "worshipping GDP", the provincial governments are the progress of inviting businessman and attracting capital. Because of the lack of related institutional limits, the vicious competition is keener and keener. In the context, it is necessary that amend the related concept, provide the status of provincial competition and raise the reasonable view. The thesis can be divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, that is the background and significance of the research, the reviews of relevant research, the perspective of the research, the invocation of the research. The fourth chapter provides the realization institution of the good competition among Chinese provincial governments, whose precondition is advocating the competiton sense among Chinese provicial governments, the center government, the provincial governments, companies and citizens playing important roles. The fifth part gives a brief account of the whole article and points out limitation of the research.
