The Research Of The Cases Related To ATMs

As bank cards are very important to people's daily life nowadays, banks'ATMs become one of the most referred sites for people's using these cards. In addition to the convenient life brought by the ATMs, criminals are also making good use of them via hi-tech means or elaborate traps, which makes the cases related to the ATMs more difficult for research and detection. This dissertation will demonstrate some practical and meaningful cases related to the ATMs for clarifying the confused area within our judicature through a detailed research on the criminal behaviors.Full test is divided into five parts,and about 30,000 words.In the discussion of the whole process,the author make use of the induction,comparative analysis,emirical analysis and other methods.
