Study On The Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Lawyers 'Participation In Law-related Complaint And Cases In District K Of City B

In 2015,the central commission on political affairs and law issued the opinions on establishing the system of lawyers 'participation in dissolution and representation in law-related complaint and reporting cases(Trial),which allowed lawyers' participation in the resolution and representation of law-related complaints and reporting cases to take a major step forward,moving from the previous exploratory stage to the rule of law.This system has been carried out for nearly two years in the political and law departments of the K district of B city.From the current practice,some results have been achieved.It has fully explained that the lawyer's intervention in the legal involvement of the law is beneficial to the handling of the cases of the letters and visits by the political and legal departments,and has also opened a window for the diversification of the mechanism,but also found a series of problems,such as:lack of specific detailed operating rules,lack of relevant management mechanism,incentive mechanism,insufficient funds,and poor coordination of relevant departments.In view of the above problems,this paper,by comparing the data of the K district in recent years,quoted the actual cases,consulted the relevant documents,analyzed the causes and made some suggestions to make the lawyers can play a better role and provide the operable reference opinions,inject vigor into the work of the legal complaint petition in the future of the K district,and safeguard the petitioner's legitimate rights and interests,and realize the end of dispute.
