Women domestic workers form rural is a very important occupation group. They live in areas of private life of urban residents, and keep long and frequent zero distance communication and dice game with masters. Because of the low entry threshold, many rural women's first work after they go to town is domestic. As a particular career, domestic was still being an awkward position of informal employment. The relationship of domestic workers and employee was considered employment relationship. Both the《Labor Law》and the《Labor Contract Law》removed their work form range of application. So their labor rights were always infringed. Although most of domestic women workers endure hurt, there were also some domestic women workers breaking the ice. They began to be a main part of protection action of the rights, actively used various rules and resources and adept protection means to expand their living space. These protection actions against infringement not only in favor of improve their living environment but also rebuilt the social system they faced and promote its transition.This study is under the background from"bordered"rural to"center"urban. It tries to bring the voice of the women domestic workers from bordered to center of the social and science's attention. Besides, the author also will completely and simply present the facts that the rural woman domestic labor's rights and interests suffering damaged and the triggering mechanism and internal logic of rights protection. The 11 rural women domestic workers of interests damaged firstly sought organization aiding and legal authority. Then the author will use methods of phenomenology study from their own perspectives to see the experience to protect rights and reflect for their own and social significance. We can see the break between realistic and the rural women domestic workers, social, regime. Then the author will discuss the strategy of social work intervention.
