The battlespace is highly transparent as well as the kill effectiveness of weapons is greatly improved under conditions of information technology application.Strengthening precise command control of the forces' operations involving war is a necessary requisition of obtaining the maximum performance of weapons and gaining maximum combat effectiveness with reducement of unforeseen accident.The artillery corps carry out ground fire strikes for operational-tactical purposes which are also depend on effectively employing firepower.However, artillery fire application is limited to the quantity of firepower, which is charaterized by quickness and violence.Artillery firepower whose application is focused on correctness rather than precision is also schemed in rough by commanders and staff officers by rule of thumb.All of these can not meet the need of accurate operations under informational conditions in the future. Therefore a set of theory on precision should be bulit to make sure that the general intention of artillery group's firepower is analysed in depth and quantized scientifically, which is the purpose of this thesis.The sicientic method and information technology should be used to take the advantage of man machine cooperation.The principles of great damage effectiveness, low ammunition consumption and short firing time should be obeyed. The method of distribution in artillery group's firepower should be optimized to assign the most effective firepower for the main direction of operation as well as key points of operation and tactic so that the effectiveness of fire-striking is enhanced under the condition of informationization.On the basis of integrating tightly with the theory of artillery group's firing command, the work of this thesis set up the index system of target and value analysis as well as analyzing the value of target in the battlefield, the sorting order of target value is calculated and the target is identified during single firing by artillery group. Then mathematical model about advantage degree of artillery group fire unit is built and then solved by using non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) which is adopted by analysing the traits of the model and the merits and demerits of multi-object optimization. The feasible answer of the model is got by designing of the algorithm and programming of MATLAB. Finally, the concept and the method propounded in this thesis are confirmed to be of scientificity and feasibility by the representative case about military maneuver. The calculation result can provide accurate and reliable decision support to commanders so that the informationization degree and precision level of assistant decision in artillery group's firing command is enhanced and the firepower of artillery is improved more effectively.
