The logistics distribution is an important process that directs connecting with the consumer, which is the process that goods flow from crunodes-a board sense concept which can be logistics centers, distribution centers, parks etc. to the consignee. Optimizing the logistics distribution, primarily is the vehicles routes optimization that is how to arrange the routes of the vehicles, satisfy the need of each customer order, make the total cost lest and the total profits biggest. This dissertation concluded the distribution modes that match the state of China: the direct type and the indirect type. Considering the confines occurred in actual life: the restriction of vehicles, the restrictions of customers and so on. The author built the mathematics model for the concluded distribution modes based on the previous domestic and international research. The stress of the dissertation is how to arrange the vehicle routes of Single depot and multiple customers. The author adopted the genetic algorithm has the firm biologic background to resolve the vehicle routing problem that is vehicle distribution optimizing problem. Although genetic algorithm has the character of parallel algorithm that can synchronously approach the optimized solution from the initial solution, genetic algorithm has a deadly fault that approaches the best solution without intention. The paper improved the basic genetic algorithm, put forward improved hybrid genetic algorithm which enlarged the selection solution space and combined the local search algorithm. The author proved the efficiency of the improved algorithm applied in the vehicle routing problem by experiment. In the last chapter of the paper, it implemented data transition from actual operation data to experimental data and completed the interface of the actual model.
