Research On The Judicial Supervision Of Criminal Cases' Ex-trial Procedure In Russia

In the criminal procedure of our country, the judges are not allowed to take part in the ex-trial procedure for supervising the policemen and the prosecutors. That is a defect of our system.But in Russia, there is a system existing: they allow the judges to join in the criminal cases'ex-trial procedure, which means that the judges can supervise the policemen and the prosecutors during the criminal cases'ex-trial procedure. This article will talk about this system, and give some advices for improving our own system after introducing the Russian's system and reflecting ours. There are three parts of this article.The first part is the brief introduction of the judicial supervision of criminal cases'ex-trial procedure in Russia, including the conception,purpose and responsibility of that system. After the introduction, we can get the first impression of it.In the second part of this article, there is a detailed talking about how the system runs. In this part, we just see a lot of laws about Russian code of criminal procedure. Through seeing them, we can get more information about how the system runs.And in the last part,â… firstly reflect our country's system, and find some defects of it. And then I just give some advices for improving our own system after introducing the Russian's system and reflecting ours.However, this article just gives some advices for constructing our country's judicial supervision of criminal cases'ex-trial procedure, and it is a little bit macro. And we need some more specific things to do. That may be the reason why we continue researching on this problem.
