Research On The Approaches Of Cultural Construction In Rural Areas

Rural cultural construction is an important part of the building of new socialist countryside. It provides important spiritual impetus,intellectual support and ideological security for the building of the new socialist countryside. In recent years, due to the great important care by the Party and our government, the cultural development in rural areas has made tremendous progress. However, generally speaking, the rural cultural development is already lagging behind, inconsistent with the need of the goal of building a prosperous society, with the coordinated economic and social development in rural areas and farmers'spiritual and cultural needs. Therefore, the strengthening of rural cultural construction of socialist new countryside construction is a crucial element in the whole project.In this paper, based on the specific and comprehensive analysis of the status quo and problems of cultural construction in rural areas, the principles and path of the strengthening of rural culture construction is put forward.The paper totally consists of four parts.:Partâ… :The major strategic significance of strengthening of the current rural cultural construction. This part begins with the definition of culture and rural culture, and then, the specific cultural needs of the farmers were specifically addressed, based on which the content of cultural construction in rural areas is argued. In this way the scope of the discussion for the entire paper is determined.Partâ…¢:The analysis of the problems and causes of the current cultural construction in rural areas. This part spreads out the problems of the rural cultural construction from weak infrastructure, harmful culture, loss of traditional culture and monotonous cultural life. Then, the causes of problems were carefully described from material base, the dominant force, rural education, system security and cultural market.Partâ…£:The exploration of principles and ways of the construction of new countryside culture, which plays the most important part in the paper. Based on the analyses forward, four constructive principles are put forward. The means for cultural construction in rural are at last proposed from economic development, the strength of protection, the improvement of education, the raise of awareness, the complete of systems and the activation of market.
