Study On Constitutional Guarantee Of The Rights Of Vulnerable Groups

The problem of vulnerable group is a common social phenomenon. Whether capitalist or socialist countries there are vulnerable groups. Particularly among our current situation, in the social transformation of the special historical period, conflicts of interest are very sharp, and various conflicts prominent, vulnerable groups problem becomes more prominent. Protection of vulnerable groups, human rights, has important impact to maintain steady and rapid economic and social development and building a socialist harmonious society. Human rights protection of vulnerable group has important theoretical and practical significance.This total is divided into three parts. Although the current study on the issue of vulnerable groups are mostly sociological sense, but no doubt the problem of vulnerable groups is a constitutional issue.The second part, talk about several specific vulnerable groups from the start, from the legal norms and practical investigation of the two shows on protecting the rights of vulnerable groups, the key lies in our legal systems have much violation of constitutional equal rights laws and regulations, man-made "legitimate unequal "does not fundamentally modify the repeal of these laws and regulations, China's vulnerable groups, problems are difficult to be solved fundamentally.
