Although the implementation ratio of community corrections sentence remains low in China, we can make a view from the development of community corrections in other countries, community correction sentence in China will account for half of the execution mode. This situation requires us to work as soon as possible to make pre-correction and to extract the essence of summary, through a series of legal procedures to achieve the institutionalization of community corrections. About the legal status of Community Corrections, the executive body, the current rules and regulations and other issues have become a hot research field of law. However, the fundamental goal of community corrections requires that we have a broader perspective. In the Community Correction, Psychology correction can not be overlooked. Relative to the work of psychological treatment of prisoners in prison, to carry out psychological treatment under the premise of community correction, we need to grasp the same and different areas, particularly in the social transition in our country. Because of a variety of uncertain factors, putting the criminals into the community to be corrected is a risk behavior, how to achieve the good objectives of community corrections, carrying out good work of psychological treatment has become critical.To carry out psychological treatment in community, much work need to do:the psychological type of correction of the object can be defined as numbness, lucky, arrogant, confrontational, despair, occlusion, etc; choosing treatment method must clear Corrections psychological type, the size of psychological problems, there must be means of targeted selection; a team of high-quality workforce is the key in psychological treatment.
