Objective:This study Analysis of elite athletes'kinematics and surface electromyography data variation in the completion of the straight-impact period, In order to found athletes'characteristics of kinematics, muscle activation and sequencing, to explore inherent relationship between kinematics and surface electromyography, and provide the theoretical basis and reference to coaches and athletes for the specific muscular training in straight punch of boxing. Methods:During experiment, using VICON Kinematics system and BIOVISION Surface electromyography collect data when athlete fulfill the back straight punch, adopt Visual3D and DasyLab to analysis and deal with data, finally, using Excel2003 and Origin7.0 calculating the mean and standard deviation of the results. Results and Conclusion:1) During straight-impact period, antagonistic muscle positively active and elbow and shoulder muscles fixed joint are the major factors for velocity sudden deceleration from high speed.2) Upper arm-forearm segmental velocity indicates Upper arm-forearm segmental movements patter according to speed of the principle of superposition.3) During straight-impact period, triceps brachii and deltoid muscle activity was significantly higher than the other muscles tested, and in the hand speed reached its peak stage Muscle activity are clearly.4) When complete the straight-impact period, legs activities first, and trunk rotation, upper limb began its activities last.5) During straight-impact period, Biceps brachii, as antagonistic muscle in arm, Activities are clearly, consequently, Biceps brachii can not be ignored in straight punch training.
