It can be seen as the fast developing of distance education and the professional course of teachers, as been important teaching carrier of modern distance education courses, network courses takes more and more educators'attention, and this trend also states the teachers'instructional design competence of network courses need to come up for a higher requirement. Based on the analyzing and discussing of relevant theory study, combing survey results of current development of teachers'instructional design competence, the thesis tries to construct the content system of training of teachers'instructional design competence in higher education to cultivate the ability of the modern instructional design idea and organizing web-based instructional, and promotes the higher education to carry out the training of teachers'instructional design competence. Meanwhile, according to the analysis the possible paths adopts by teachers for the development of instructional design ability and the factors that influencing of the development of instructional design ability, this thesis develops the training strategies of teachers'instructional design competence of network course from various angles. The outcomes of the thesis are guiding significance to various education institutions, and is very important to promote the development of web-based instruction and faculty's professional.This paper is divided into six parts:Section one expounds the research background, purpose and aims of this issue, defines basic concepts, and analyzes the current study situation of teachers'instructional design competence both in domestic and foreign.Section two summarizes the theoretical basis of this study such as adult learning theory, constructivist learning theory and the autonomous learning theory, and analyzes their inspiration in this study.Section three describes current situation of teachers'instructional design competence mainly through two aspects which are the questionnaire survey and interview, and analyzes survey results to provide evidence. Section four analyzes the changes of teachers'role and capacity levels in the instructional design of network courses, constructs content system of training of teachers'instructional design competence based on network courses, and makes a thorough description level of every link of instructional design, especially focusing on highlights of the process.Section five according to previous analysis of teachers'instructional design competence, draws up development strategy to upgrade teachers'instructional design competence.Section six is a summary for the whole research. It summarizes the outcomes, points out the limitations, and indicates the direction for future research.
