In order to cultivate talents,all countries in the world regard improving the quality of teachers as an important strategy.Unit instructional design is an important way to implement the objectives of new round of curriculum reform,and whether it also plays a positive role in teachers' professional development still needs further study.Therefore,this paper studies three questions :(1)What is the relationship between teachers' professional development and their professional knowledge?(2)What is the relationship between teachers' unit instructional design level and teachers' professional knowledge?(3)Does deliberate practice in mathematics unit instructional design contribute to the development of novice teachers' professional knowledge?From the perspective of teachers' professional development,this paper established the framework of mathematics unit instructional design of senior high school and the evaluation framework for teachers' professional knowledge level,as a tool for case studies.Then,the paper tracked the development of novice teachers' professional knowledge in the deliberate practice under the "high school mathematics unit teaching design framework" and the guidance of experts.And it was founded that:(1)Mathematics unit instructional design is a good carrier to adapt to the new curriculum,develop and measure teachers' professional knowledge;(2)Deliberate practice under the guidance of "mathematics unit instructional design of senior high school framework" and industry experts can help novice teachers develop faster and better in profession.(3)The " mathematics unit instructional design of senior high school framework " and "teachers' professional knowledge level evaluation framework " have been verified to be scientific in the case study.Above all,the paper put forward some suggestions for novice teachers in professional development: carry out unit instructional design from the development context of knowledge,expand mathematical pedagogical content knowledge(MPCK)with the help of unit instructional design framework,and strengthen the deliberate practice of unit instructional design in repeated lesson grinding.
