All-round development of human being is an important issue, which has been interest and concern of Marxist researchers. All-round development of human being including the harmonious development of human beings, the harmonious development of man and society, the harmonious development of man and nature, and many other content. All-round development of human being remains a key concern, in the socialist market economy and under the conditions of the primary stage of socialism. Through the approach which systematically expounded the formation process and characteristics of theory of Marxism about all-round development of human being. This paper attempts to analysis of the status quo of China education and make countermeasures of the problems in education.The paper conducted a preliminary study of the all-round development of the theoretical origin by history and logic, philosophy and current affairs combining research methods. And with Chinese national conditions, we briefly analyze the current situation of China's education. Look around the comprehensive development of education in China today, the paper is divided into the following sections:Introduction section focuses on the historical background of the issues. Explained the significance of topics, research status, research ideas and research methods.In Chapter 2,we sort out the comprehensive development of human being, anglicizing of comprehensive human development, trace the origins of all-round development of human being and the ideas of Marxism on the comprehensive development of important contributions to the theory from a philosophical level in Chapter 2.Pointing out the importance of this issue and the issue of practical significance by the comprehensive development through demonstration and analysis.Described in Chapter3 focuses on the characteristics, laws of development, achieving conditions and ways to realize of all-round development of human being. Times are being developed, society is progressing, if we want to achieve comprehensive human development, we must eliminate the root cause of the one-sided development of human factors and conditions. For example, private ownership, the old division of labor, the narrow scope of activities, low productivity, labor state of alienation and so on. In modern society, as China's economic and social development, and people are increasingly concerned about the actual movement, more and more urgent to eliminate the adverse factors of all-round development of human being. For example, the overall quality, mechanisms, democracy, ecological environment and so on.In chapter 4, we Brief analyze the overall development of education and human relevance.
